Executive Leadership Conference in Nashville!

Be410 team members had an action-packed week and weekend in Nashville for their annual Executive Leadership Conference! The team heard from the best industry professionals, and especially enjoyed hearing from Keynote Speaker, Jennifer Bricker, the American acrobat and aerialist that was abandoned at birth by her biological parents, and later discovered that she was the sister to Dominique Moceanu, a member of the United States Olympic Women's Gymnastics Team. Jennifer's story is fascinating because of her incredible determination and belief that she could achieve just as much as anyone else.

After attending workshops and breakouts, the team attended a beautiful awards ceremony and banquet. Each night they were able to go into town to experience the live music, great food, and culture of Nashville.

Be410 team members spent the day in Los Angeles with our telecom client to get updated on the latest in fiber-optic technology.

Celebrating St.Patrick's Day with Be410!

The Be410 really enjoyed the St.Patrick's Day holiday this year. The team wore goofy green costumes and enjoyed their green snacks!

Sunday Hangout in Long Beach!

The Be410 team had a blast on Sunday when they spent the day in Long Beach. The team played basketball at the park, played carnival games and ate funnel cakes, and enjoyed rides at the amusement park. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the extra warm weather on a Sunday.

Celebrating Promotions and Growth

Congratulations to Be410 team member, Melissa for recently earning her first promotion! Melissa worked hard to follow systems, learn campaign basics, and be the best student she could be. All was worth it as she quickly earned her first promotion with Be410. Keep up the great work!

Annual Business and Leadership Conference in Dallas!

The team at Be410 enjoyed spending their weekend in Dallas for their Annual Business and Leadership Conference! Top performing Managers, Administrators, and Assistant Managers from Be410 attended the event where they heard from some of the best and brightest performers in the industry. They were also treated to a surprise appearance and speech from the founders of Operation Smile, a charitable organization. Overall it was a great weekend for training and education, and of course, fun!

Hiking in Griffith Park!

Our team met up on the east side of Los Angeles this weekend to work on their fitness and enjoy the sties and scenery of Griffith Park. The team hiked through the hills of the park on a beautiful, sunny Sunday and then sat down for a break to discuss 2015 goals and strategy.

 

Holiday Raffle Party!

Team members at Be410 battled all month to earn the most raffle tickets and pick up prizes at the end of the competition! Everyone went home with new toys this week! Thanks to everyone who participated, for doing a great job in December!
